God has no hands…
…So He uses my hands.

I move the bone, and God does the healing!

Meet Dr. Joel Correa and his family.

Joel and Sarah-Kate have been married 6 years and have four children-- two biologically and two by the gift of adoption.  They are passionate about their faith, chiropractic, music and the arts, adoption, and home education.

Diego (5), Rhema (2 1/2)
Deonte (3 1/2), Donovan (2 1/2)

Joel is a University of Southern California alum.  He graduated Cum Laude from Cleveland Chiropractic College in Los Angeles.  Joel has been practicing on the Central Coast since 2002.

Why is chiropractic your passion?  Because chiropractic changed my life as a young man.  And when I realized that there was a healing art that could help in changing people’s lives the way it changed mine, I knew that this was the profession for me.

What’s your favorite part of practicing?    The chiropractic miracles that I see happen all the time.

Like what?  Kids with ear infections no longer needing ear tubes or mega doses of antibiotics.  Kids with asthma who were on many inhalers, now breathing freely and being active.  Pregnant mothers whose babies are breech, turning naturally.  Women who weren’t able to get pregnant previously, now being able to conceive.   I could go on and on.

Do you take insurance?  No, I don’t take health insurance, because these days it’s not about health.  It should be called “sick insurance”.  Most insurances have very high deductible and co-pays, and because of that reason I have re-structured my fees.  I want to make my services accessible and more affordable for everyone.

The majority of chiropractors charge by the visit, which is between $40 - $80 a visit.  For the same amount of a visit or two, you can see me for a monthly fee -- with unlimited care!  So really, you’re paying less than your deductible and co-pays with your insurance provider!  But, that’s only for people who want to save money.  If you’d like for me to bill your insurance and pay me more per visit using your co-pays, then you have that option, too. J

To what do you owe your successful business?  The Lord—His business, His way.  Tithing.  Support from my wife and family.

Top 10 Reason To Make Joel Correa, D.C. Your Family Chiropractor:

1.      I’m a Principled Chiropractor, and I won’t play Medical Doctor with you or your family.

7.      You’re tired of taking drugs, shots, and pills and you want to see if there is a better way to health.

8.      We won’t put you in any silly gowns, or try to sell you supplements or recruit you into any Multilevel Marketing.

9.      It is our philosophy that I take care of God’s people, and God takes care of us!!!

10. Don’t wait until you are in a 911 situation or have a life threatening disease or condition to start being concerned about your health.

“If you’re sick or in pain, I can help you.  I will always have time for you.  Please call or tell someone you love that they don’t have to suffer anymore.

If you have never been to a chiropractor, or haven’t been in a long time, then take this offer as God’s way of opening a door for you and call.” – Joel Correa, D.C.

The Power that made the body heals the body; it happens no other way.

  3. Dr. Correa is a great example of how ALL doctors should treat their patients, by making their health and pain relief the FIRST priority before ever considering how they are going to be paid. If I lived on the west coast he would be my doctor.

  10. Thought you'd like this! From Bill Johnson's FB page:

The fear of diligently praying for blessing may be the most acceptable selfish attitude in the church. Tragically it's called humity. By doing so we sustain a lie that keeps the world from discovering His goodness by looking at our lives. The testimony of His goodness will bring nations to Christ. Psalms 67

  14. Chiropractors are quite conservative in their approach. They don’t practice the usage of drugs and surgery for a large extent.

  15. The foundation of chiropractic care for chronic back pain is the understanding that misaligned vertebrae can cause the pain. This misalignment can result in many additional problems, such as headaches, body pains and impaired joint mobility. Chiropractic treatment aims to restore alignment to the vertebrae, returning natural health to the spine and all the body parts the spinal nerves serve.
